The Native Spirit Festival a fundraising event to support a video and film festival of the indigenous people of the three americas.

2.30 pm Introduction to the Native Spirit Festival by Mapuche native festival director Freddy Treuquil.
2:30-3:30 Indigenous Mural Painting for children with Raul.
3:30-4 pm "Zeraf!" Storytelling from Ethiopia by Tsehay Alemayehu
4 - 5 pm INSTRUMENT MAKING WORKSHOP with Vicky Cespedes. Indigenous instrument making from Bolivia, possibly followed by brief concert including the children. 5 – 6 pm FILM - No Es Un Joc ( It is not a Game ) Dir: Antonio Rosa Latin America/Spain: 45 mins Documentary Accomplished filmmaker and photographer Antonio Rosa travelled acrossCentral and South America documenting the harsh living and working conditions of its children. A sincere documentary and an unmissable opportunity to hear the feelings and experiences of Latin America's children workers. An important film and a reality we cannot afford to ignore.

7 - 8 pm FILM - SIPAKAPA IS NOT FOR SALE - Dir. Alvaro Revenga
The steep environmental and human costs of gold mining lead Maya communities in the Sipakapa municipality of Guatemala to exercise their right to be consulted about the expansion of mining operations into their area. The outcome of their plebiscite is a resounding 'No!" to mining.

8 - 9 GRUPO AMBAIBO A new approach to Andean music combining traditional and modern
9:30–10:30 KAKATSITSI - Master Drummers from Ghana.
11 – 12 GRUPO KAUSARY - Indigenous Andean Fusion Band.
12 – 12:30 BANDS JAM All bands join sounds to create a togetherness jam.
